NLDB 2012 / Submission Guidelines
Instructions for Camera-Ready Papers
For the preparation of (camera-ready) papers to be submitted to the conference, please follow the instructions for authors available on the Springer LNCS Web site Specifically, we ask that you:- Submit a pdf of your papers, as well as all sources. For latex users this means the tex file, non-standard style
files, figures, etc. If you use bibtex, please include the .bbl file directly at the end of your paper,
instead of submitting a .bib file.
Word users should submit their word or rtf file. - Please submit all your files in a single zip or (gzipped) tar file.
- Submit a scan of a signed copyright statement. The LNCS copyright form is available from the Springer LNCS website
as a pdf form.
The title of the Springer volume is "Natural Language Processing and Information Systems".
The editors are: Gosse Bouma, Ashwin Ittoo, Elisabeth Métais, Hans Wortmann Please supply the title of your paper and authors. -
Please print the filled pdf, and sign it (by at least one of the authors).
Next, scan the printed and signed form and return the scanned form to us (either by including it in your submission, or sending it directly to nldb12@rug.nl).
Please also note: We plan to publish extended versions of a selection of the best papers after the conference in the Data and Knowledge Engineering Journal as a special issue.
