The 2019 Houston mayoral election will take place in November 2019 to elect the Mayor of Houston. The election will be a nonpartisan blanket primary, with a runoff election in December between the top two finishers if no candidate receives a majority of the vote.

Attorney Tony Buzbee and businessman Bill King, a 2015 mayoral candidate, and former professional wrestler Booker T have all announced their candidacy for the 2019 election.[1][2][3]
