Apache Helix is an open source software application developed by LinkedIn Corporation.

Helix is one of several notable open source softwares developed by LinkedIn Corporation, now acquired by Microsoft.

Helix is a stable cluster management software used for the automatic management of partitioned, replicated and distributed resources hosted on a cluster of systems.[1]

Helix is one of several notable web application developed by LinkedIn apart from Samza, Apache Kafka and Voldemort.[2] The origins of Helix lie in a distributed NoSQL called Espresso.
