1 of 4 and 1 of 5[edit]

There has been some back and forth over the sentence;

It is one of the four U.S. military service academies, and one of the five U.S. service academies.

in the lead. Yopienso is the latest editor to change it with an edit summary of; Rmv "one of the four U.S. military service academies, and." How can it be both one of 4 and one of 5?. It is one of 4 US military service academies. I think the point of the sentence is that the United States Merchant Marine Academy is not a military service academy. That would make 5 service academies with 4 of them being military. This article is the only one that made that distiction. I do not believe we need to make that distinction here since it isn't made anywhere else. Leaving it as It is one of the five U.S. service academies. is probably the best solution. ~ GB fan 10:40, 1 April 2019 (UTC)

Ping Yopienso because my earlier attempt was messed up. ~ GB fan 15:07, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
I didn’t see this before I reverted, but I support this and will self-revert my revert. Garuda28 (talk) 13:59, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for the heads-up. Looks like you guys sorted it out. Cheers! YoPienso (talk) 05:52, 2 April 2019 (UTC)
