Formula for resizing images:

${\displaystyle H{\sqrt {\frac {100\,000}{HW}}}\;\mathrm {pixels} \times W{\sqrt {\frac {100\,000}{HW}}}\;\mathrm {pixels} }$

where ${\displaystyle H}$ is the original height in pixels and ${\displaystyle W}$ is the original width in pixels. Round off to the nearest whole pixel.

Things I would say in userboxes, only I can't be bothered to make userboxes.
