Disambiguation link notification for November 13[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited The March (1990 film), you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages William Nicholson and David Wheatley. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

May 2017[edit]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to The Fast and the Furious (2001 film), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Please do not blank citations or sourced content based on your own original research. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 13:35, 17 May 2017 (UTC)

June 2017[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on The 13th Warrior. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 03:57, 11 June 2017 (UTC)

Ludwig (film)[edit]

Regarding your edit and your revert at Ludwig (film): please read the guidance at Template:Infobox film/doc about the order of actors in the |starring= parameter. Note that that guidance is endorsed by MOS:FILM#Infobox. Please restore the recommended order. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 12:04, 20 October 2017 (UTC)

Jaws 3-D[edit]

Please do not reinsert horror as a genre for this film without either providing a source or obtaining a consensus for inclusion at the article's Talk page. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 15:07, 17 May 2018 (UTC)

This is considered to be a horrorfilm, rather than an thriller. This according to several sources. All Movie, TCM ++Ezzzzexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Then please kindly add a citation. You've been here over a decade, so it seems safe to assume you're familiar with Wikipedia's stance on verifiability, and given that the first film is not considered a horror, it's especially prudent to provide a source here if this film is diverging frm the original's genre. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 15:12, 17 May 2018 (UTC)
The Jaws-films 1-4 is widely considered as horror films. And wikipedia do not usually use sources for film-generes. Ezzex
Please review WP:BURDEN - once information has been challenged, it should not be reinserted without a source. If you continue to re-add this without providing one or obtaining a consensus at the article's Talk page, I will be forced to assume you are intentionally editing disruptively. Thank you for your understanding. DonIago (talk) 15:37, 17 May 2018 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for January 31[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Class of 1984, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page David Gardner (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Superstition film[edit]

Hi Ezzex, check out the talk page for the Superstition film before moving it. The film was not released until 1985. Andrzejbanas (talk) 01:44, 23 April 2019 (UTC)

This film was released before 1985 in many countries. It was released in Phillippines in 1982. It was released on video in my country in 1983-84.--Ezzex (talk) 02:27, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
What are your sources for this? Specific release dates for home video and theatrical releases require a source. Andrzejbanas (talk) 02:38, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
Among IMDb and AllMovie guide, there is an article in a Norwegian newspaper that proves that it was released on rental video in Norway in September (or possible a bit earlier) 1983. According to the article the filme was released among titles like Incubus, Devil Dog, Rosemary's Killer (all on the same label - Novio). The info comes from a newspaper called Tidens krav, and the article is from an issue dated 16th September 1983, under an articles called "Video Nytt" (trsl. "News on video").--Ezzex (talk) 11:01, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
We don't use IMDb as a source on Wikipedia as it's basically a user-generated bit of info. See WP:RS/IMDb for more info. Your newspaper source sounds usable though. I'm curious what it means by a possibly earlier release. Is this source available digitally in any form? Andrzejbanas (talk) 12:04, 23 April 2019 (UTC)
