An 18-year-old Texas mom has been charged with endangering a child after surveillance video showed her walking across a parking lot, far ahead of her toddler son, who died after being run over by a car. Authorities said mom-of-two Gissel Vazquez, 18, of Houston, Texas, was charged with felony child endangerment Thursday, after her 18-month-old son, Alan Villeda, was struck by a car and killed on Wednesday afternoon, KHOU reported.
