Janet-Street Porter revealed that while appearing on 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here'  15-years ago, producers asked her to dig up dirt on the late Princes Diana from fellow contestant, Paul Burrell. 

The former royal butler, 61, received a frosty welcome from Janet, 72, when he appeared as a guest on today's episode of 'Loose Women' after they struggled to get along during their stint on the fourth season of the jungle reality show. 

Paul was footman to the Queen for ten years before going to work as butler for the Prince and Princess of Wales in 1987 and becoming Diana's butler after her separation from Charles in 1992.

After Paul's entrance, panelist Coleen Nolan said: 'I can't believe it's been that long'. 

To which Janet bluntly replied: 'I can believe it's that long.' 

Paul remained friendly, insisting: 'You're just the same!' 

Janet snapped back: 'Why are you being nice to me Paul, you were being vile to me in the jungle.'

She said:  'What I find hilarious is that I was the first journalist on the show and they allowed me as my luxury item I took in a diary. 

'I was summoned to the room every day, I was allowed to write in my diary but when I was in there I was getting instructions from the producers.

Burrell said: 'The Queen would ring a bell if the dog made a puddle on the floor. 

'They are house-trained but occasionally older dogs make mistakes. Around the house are piles of blotting paper and soda siphons so if the dogs wee on the carpet.

'This is a very good tip - you pour on the soda water and let it settle in and then stamp out the stain with a blotting paper.'
