The 25-year-old former model was slammed as 'reckless' by other drivers who witnessed the dangerous stunt.
One told MailOnline: 'She could have killed someone. It was so dangerous. It needs exposing. She clearly thinks she can do whatever she wants and to hell with the consequences.
He added: 'She was putting every single person on the road around her at risk.'
Motoring organisations also criticised the mother-of-two after viewing the video.
A RAC spokesman said: 'Regardless of how routine driving might feel for those of us that do it regularly, it remains a very mentally demanding task, and one that every driver needs to pay their full attention to.
'This driver would clearly be unable to stop in an emergency if needed – the consequences of which could be tragic.'
And Edmund King, AA president, said: 'Until the advent of fully autonomous cars drivers need to keep their feet on the floor with easy access to the pedals. In the event of an emergency this driver would not be able to stop.
'This driver could easily incur penalty points without the need for VAR.'

Rita, a former model from Gravesend, Kent, has two daughters with the Algerian international who was City's most expensive signing when he moved from Leicester City in July 2018 for £60m.
She has been compared to US reality star Kim Kardashian due to their similarity in looks.
In an interview to coincide with her husband's new £200,000-a-week wages with the Premier League champions, Rita said she enjoys the perks of being a WAG – but claimed to still shop in Asda.
She said: 'Our lifestyle is pretty lavish as everyone wants the best and to have luxury things.
'We all want that good life and luxury lifestyle because what's everyone working hard for at the end of the day. But while it's nice to have it's not what makes you happy.
'Riyad is a really grounded and humble guy and I hope it won't change us. I love Asda as it's so convenient and you can get some nice pyjamas in there.'
Safety experts said that driving with both feet on the dashboard meant she did not have full control of the car.
Apart from putting her passengers at risk, she would also face serious injury if involved in a crash and the air bag deployed.

The safety feature on all cars explodes out at up to 200mph, with one fire department warning people with their feet on the dashboard face having their knees slam into their eyes.
Others involved in crashes have had both legs broken.
Earlier this year Ashfield Fire station shared photos of the horrific injuries suffered by a passenger who had her feet on the dashboard when an airbag deployed.
The woman, only identified as Audra, suffered broken legs, ankle, hip and nose when her car was hit by another vehicle.
A statement on Ashfield Fire Station's social media said: 'Airbags deploy between 100mph and 220mph so can have a devastating effect on drivers and passengers if not wearing a seatbelt or travelling with your feet on the dashboard.
'Please don't travel with your feet on the dashboard.'
Mrs Mahrez and Manchester City FC have been approached for comment.
