Tom Brady declares his daughter Vivian 'the cutest workout partner' while the family vacations in Costa Rica

He's about to enter his 20th season as a quarterback in the NFL and can't afford much down time.

Though his family is vacationing in tropical location of Costa Rica, near the jungle and the beach, Tom Brady is still working hard.

The athlete shared a sweet snap to Instagram on Wednesday of his daughter Vivian wearing his helmet and shoulder pads.

The six-year-old stood in front of her dad's large gear bag, with footballs visibly on top and faced a mirror.

'The cutest workout partner,' he captioned the photo with four heart emojis.

With lush trees just outside the open door, the 41-year-old was clearly gearing up to get in some practice.

Tom did get to enjoy the location a bit on Tuesday as he snapped a monkey in a near by tree and posted with a heart drawn around the animal.

While he was working out and interacting with a monkey his six-year-old daughter was off in a music lesson with her mom Gisele Bundchen, 38.

The model, who is gearing up for her 39th birthday this Saturday, was seen finding her zen during a tanpura lesson. She was sitting with Vivian as they tried their hand at the traditional instrument.

The tanpura is a long-necked plucked string instrument, originating from India, found in various forms in Indian music. It does not play melody and it is not a supporting acoustic providing a continuous harmonic bourdon or drone, according to wikipedia.

The couple, married 10 years, has been vacationing in Costa Rica ahead of her birthday, alongside their daughter and son Benjamin, nine.
