Westworld season three trailer showcases hosts' new world in Los Angeles and a Nazi theme park as it debuts at Comic-Con
HBO dropped the second trailer for season three of the hit sci-fi drama series Westworld during the show's Comic-Con panel in San Diego on Saturday.
Originally set in a futuristic wild west theme park, the story-line switches the setting to Los Angeles, where robotic hosts who escaped the manufactured world are now being hunted down by humans.
There's also a new theme park, one that appears to be set in Nazi-occupied Europe during World War II.

With suspenseful music lurking in the background, the trailer begins with narration from Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood), who's among the old hosts now in LA.
'We all have our role to play, there are machines in this world but not like us,' she says.
'We have to be smarter than them or they'll find us. And they will kill us.'
Showing her quest for the truth in her new world, she then issues a mission statement: 'I'm going to show this world for what it really is.'

The voiceover switches to Caleb, played by new cast member Aaron Paul, who asks Bernard (Jeffrey Wright): 'Why'd she bring you back?'
'Ford made each of us for a reason. Even Dolores,' Bernard says over video of him pulling a microchip out of his left arm.
'I came back to find someone who could help me. Someone strong enough to stop her if it comes to that.'

Once a madame at the Mariposa Salon, Maeve (Thandie Newton) is now a host at the new 1940's-era theme park that depicts Nazis during WW II.
'These violent delights have violent ends,' she says as the song We'll Meet Again by Vera Lynn plays.
'I thought your world would be so different from mine. There's no difference at all, is there?' Dolores proclaims.
'It won't take much to bring it all crashing down. '

The trailer then jumps between clips of the real world and the manufactured one. It winds down with a montage of violent scenes of that includes a glimpse at Paul's character.
The teaser ends with the song's lyrics in the forefront.
'Don't know where, don't know when. But I know we'll meet again some sunny day.'
The third season will take place at some point in the 2050 to 2060 time frame. It is expected to premiere on HBO in 2020.
