Her mother and former TOWIE co-star, Debbie Douglas, and her tiler father Dave Bright, have fostered more than 250 children in 22 years, which she admitted has made her yearn for her own big family in the future.

She explained she wants to have children close in age like her and older sister Georgia, 30, so she will have one child after another when the time is right.

Lydia told MailOnline at the event, sponsored by Motorpoint: 'I want a big family because I'm from a big family.

'I really want children close in age, like me and my sister as there are just 13 months between us. I like that, she’s my BFF as well. When I do have a big family, I’ll do it one after the other.'

Lydia and Lee's love story goes back until the summer of 2017 where they first crossed paths at a nightclub in Ibiza. As their love flourished, the couple bought a house together the following year.

Focusing on the positives of her pregnancy, the TV star enthused she's excited about finding out the gender of her bundle of joy.

Lydia said she'll be looking forward to welcoming a daughter as she's 'girly' and her mother is her BFF, or a boy who will be 'the big brother' and 'all protective'.

The ITVBe personality - who usually follows a healthy diet - revealed she's been craving carbs, can't eat chicken, eggs or milk, and has even stayed away from drinking water as it's made her feel nauseous during her first trimester.

Lydia previously dated fellow reality star James 'Arg' Argent, 31, on and off for six years before they called it quits for good in 2016.
