To tease of the upcoming issue, the magazine shared an image of the cover onto Instagram where The Sign of The Times hitmaker flaunts his gallery of tattoos as he poses shirtless with his arms above his head.

The X Factor star can be seen beaming from ear to ear as his floppy locks are coiffed to the side and his neck is decorated with a gold chain and a cross pendant.

In 2017, Harry made his debut appearance on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine.

The previous cover is worlds away from the new one, with the then 23-year-old musician pulling a moody pose behind his mop of caramel hair as he models a white T-shirt with red piping.

The tagline was a lot tamer than the upcoming one as it read: 'The boy-band superstar comes of age.'

In the publication, the Up All Night singer, who previously dated pop princess Taylor Swift, broke his silence on their long-distance fling and addressed whether her songs were about him.

Reflecting at the time, on what it was like to see old paparazzi photos of him with Taylor, Harry admitted it was hard to be an 'awkward' 18-year-old living your romantic experiences in the public eye.

'You're on a date with someone you really like. It should be that simple, right? It was a learning experience for sure. But at the heart of it – I just wanted it to be a normal date', he mused.
