Despite Camilla's confidence in the snaps, she recently revealed she had battled an eating disorder which saw her weight drop to seven stone and which has taken years to get under control.

The British singer – who married former England rugby captain Chris Robshaw, 33, last year – admitted she suffered from crippling anxiety and found herself in an ‘unhealthy’ cycle of binge-eating and then starving herself.

Posting on Instagram, she wrote: ‘I may look happy but I was hardly sleeping, not exercising and barely eating at all. My anxiety was all-consuming and destroying my health and my BMI and body fat percentage were seriously low.’

She spent the ‘next couple of years in a cycle of massive overeating’ which involved ‘putting on loads of weight and then starving myself to lose it’.

But three years on, she says she is ‘starting to get a handle on things again’. Regular exercise and healthy eating mean her weight has stabilised.

‘I do worry with all the over-indulgence over the festive season I may fall off the wagon and start the vicious cycle again but my anxiety is under control now and I’m learning it’s entirely possible to have balance.’

Her message was praised as ‘brave’ by her followers.

Camilla and Chris tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in Provence, France, last year, after keeping their engagement secret for two years, and finally breaking the news at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships in July.

Talking about the moment his beloved walked down the aisle, Chris told HELLO! magazine: 'I watched her the whole way. She looked so beautiful; I felt proud and emotional.'

While they are clearly smitten with each other, Camilla saw the funny side: 'Chris is the world's worst dancer,' she said.

'But for our first dance he did dips, loops, and even a lift.'

The Camilla and Chris love story goes all the way back until 2011 when sparks first started flying between the duo.

It was love at first sight for the pair as Camilla told how Chris asked for her number within two minutes of meeting her at a rugby event where she was singing.

'My manager who was with me said I shouldn't give it to him,' Camilla confessed to The Mail On Sunday.

'I said, "Of course I will. Just look at him, he's gorgeous." But it took a month before we met. We decided to be monogamous straight away.'
