It was was a night of competition, revelry and fun for fans of tennis and badminton.

Superstar tennis athletes the Williams sisters were in attendance, playing a set of doubles against Rafael Nadal and up-and-comer Cori 'Coco' Gauff.

Serena Williams, 37, and Venus Williams, 39, were having a ball on the court of the 137-year-old Lotte Palace Hotel, clearly enjoying each other's company.

It was the Lotte New York Palace’s fifth annual pre–US Open invitational, during which the top pros in the world of tennis took to the hotel’s temporary badminton court to play a different, albeit somewhat similar, type of game.

Serena wore her ombre blonde hair in a loose ponytail for the match, and was dressed in an all-black ensemble that included a polo shirt and leggings.

Her leggings featured a charming open braiding effect on either side.

Her sneakers provided a bright multicolored flash of fun.

Serena's older sister Venus wore a white track jacket, paired with navy leggings that featured sheer paneling on the sides.

Venus wore a white tennis visor, with her hair done up in a neat bun.

The Williams sisters played a doubles match, with the audience standing on the immediate sidelines.

Coco, who looked quite excited to be in the Williams' sisters presence, wore a white New Balance t-shirt and matching sneakers.

Her black leggings featured white piping along the sides.
