She is preparing to hit the floor for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing.

And Viscountess Emma Weymouth looked ready for another day of rehearsals as she arrived to rehearsals alongside the professional dancers in West London on Friday.

The 33-year-old was dressed ready for a day of dancing as she showcased her svelte figure in black sports bra and matching leggings, which boasted sheer panelling.

The brunette beauty wrapped a marble-effect hoodie around her waist and donned a pair of matching Nike trainers before she joined her fellow celebrities for a vigorous dance session. 

Emma toted her belongings in a brown leopard print tote bag and accessorised her look with a pair of shades, diamond hoop earrings and a black scrunchy around her wrist. 

Her appearance comes after she was confirmed as one of the amateur dancers set to hit the screen on the much-loved dance show this year.

Sharing her excitement at landing a spot on the show Emma said: 'I absolutely love watching Strictly every weekend and I can't believe that I'm getting the chance to be on this series.

Emma, who was born in London to a British mother and Nigerian father, was raised in South Kensington before going on to attend University College London where she studied History of Art.

In 2013 she married Ceawlin Thynn, Viscount Weymouth, who is the heir of the 7th Marquess of Bath, Alexander Thynn, 87, and became the chatelaine of the Longleat Estate in Wiltshire.

The chef gave birth to her first child, the Honourable John Alexander Ladi Thynn, in October 2014.

She then went on to welcome his little brother, the Honourable Henry Richard Isaac Thynn, via surrogate at a private clinic in West Hollywood in December 2016.

In addition to being a contributing editor for British Vogue, Emma also makes regular appearances as a guest chef on James Martin's Saturday Morning TV show and in 2015 launched Emma's Kitchen at Longleat. 

Her appearance comes as the BBC ballroom series announced that the show is set to return to the broadcaster on Saturday, September 7. 

Taking to Twitter, the show's official Twitter shared a gif with Michelle Visage alongside the announcement: 'Start your engines, #Strictly is back in 15 days! Saturday 7th September @BBCOne @michellevisage'.

Adding to the excitement, British athlete James Cracknell, 47, gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at their rehearsals, which saw him alongside celebrities Jamie Laing, Catherine Tyldesley, Dev Griffin.

The foursome were paired with pros; Oti Mabuse, Aljaž Škorjanec and Luba Mushtuk, for rehearsals, although it's not certain they will be their partners for the series. 

Captioning the series of snaps, James penned: 'Training shots @bbcstrictly thankfully no video footage. Like a kid without stabilisers, luckily the amazing @lubamushtuk was there - but wishes she wasn’t! #slowlyslowly'.

It's all go at Strictly HQ as they also released their first teaser ahead of the first show next month. 

The reality show offered fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the upcoming promo, which stars the pros in an array of theatrical costumes.

The new clip teases Anton Du Beke, Katya Jones, Kevin Clifton, and AJ Pritchard preparing for the first look. 

Meanwhile, both Gorka Marquez and Graziano Di Prima weren't front and centre in the promo after they confirmed that he won't be partnered with a celebrity for this year's series.

In a statement he shared on Instagram, Gorka said: 'For everybody that’s been asking, I can let you know that this series, I sadly won’t be partnered with a celebrity for the main series of Strictly. 

'However, I will still be heavily involved in all of the group numbers and all things Strictly! I’m excited to see this year’s celebs and my fellow professionals dance for the Glitter Ball and I hope to be back fighting for it next year.

'As always, it’s gonna be a GREAT series.'
