'I’m three months pregnant and I get to tell my child she was with me when this happened, which is pretty f--king cool,' Bloom said.

She went on to say that she had planned to share the good news in an Instagram post, but joked that the Emmy press conference was a much better move.

Bloom won an Emmy for outstanding original music and lyrics, after being nominated in the same category twice before.

It was her sixth nomination for an Emmy in total, including two previous nods for outstanding original main title theme music for the show and one for her involvement in the animated series Robot Chicken, back in 2015.

'This is my first Emmy and I’m so happy! It’s really cool!' She said gleefully in the press room.

For her Emmy win, Rachel looked exquisite in a busty cinched pale pink wrap gown with textured detailing at the center and a split up the front. She accessorized with a Hearts On Fire ring, and earrings from Memoire.

Bloom has been married to writer Dan Gregor of How I Met Your Mother fame since 2015.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend ended this spring after four seasons, and Rachel has two upcoming voice projects in the works: the animated film Extinct co-starring Zazie Beetz, Adam Devine and Catherine O'Hara, and the sequel Trolls World Tour.

Those commitments should fit nicely into her schedule as she progresses with her pregnancy.

Nonetheless, Bloom has also announced that she will go on a 'What Am I Going To Do With My Life Now' tour later this fall.
