Abbey Clancy flaunts underboob and her incredible post-baby body in a sheer black bustier as she leads the arrivals at David Koma's LFW show

She welcomed her fourth son, Jack, with husband Peter Crouch at the start of June.

But after a three month break, Abbey Clancy was back on the fashion scene as she arrived at David Koma's catwalk show at the Leadenhall Building on Sunday during London Fashion Week.

Leading the arrivals, the model, 33, looked incredible as she flaunted her post-baby figure and plenty of underboob in a sheer cut out bustier and black power suit.

Abbey's taut stomach was visible in the black leotard which featured a plunging V neckline and cut-out panels.

Slipping into £495 black Louboutins, the mother-of-four shrugged a black blazer over her shoulders and cinched in her slender physique with high-waisted suit trousers.

The diamante detailing along the sides of the fitted trousers added extra pizzazz to Abbey's statement outfit, while the suit blazer added structure.

Be a sheer delight like Abbey in David Koma

She's back on the scene after giving birth to her fourth child in June and Abbey Clancy is wasting no time in proving her fashion credentials. Pictured arriving at the David Koma LFW show on Saturday afternoon, the model looked the epitome of sexy chic in her ensemble by the designer.

Comprising tailored black cigarette trousers, complete with diamante detailing down the side seams and a matching suit jacket, she sexed up the look with a sheer corseted bralet which flashed some flesh. She accessorised with Christian Louboutin pointed heels and dark angular glasses.

A sheer mesh top is a great way to add a bit of sex appeal to an outfit and whilst we love how Abbey's styled hers with sharp tailoring, we could also see it dressed down with jeans for a completely different look.

If you want to emulate Abbey then you'll have to wait a little longer as her top isn't available to buy yet. Or, if you just can't wait, check out our edit of the best buys from the online favourites, in the carousel below.

Peter previously admitted the 'joke name' for their fourth child has 'stuck a bit' and revealed his wife encouraged him to tweet the gag.

The athlete hinted that they may in fact keep the unusual moniker as a nickname because whatever name they decide on for their son won't 'live up to Divock Samrat'.

After joking the nickname had 'stuck' a little over the weeks, the sportsman finally shared the update on the latest addition to the Crouch family in his column for the Daily Mail.

Peter wrote: 'We have just welcomed our fourth child, Jack, into the family and the wonderful chaos that comes with a new baby means it hasn't really hit me that I haven't gone back for pre-season training. Life is hectic in a brilliant way.'

The couple also share daughters Sophia, eight, Liberty, four, and son Johnny, 19 months.
