'We put all these things into our head, saying "we deserve it", "this is a treat", "oh I've had a terrible day."
'Rather like someone would come home to relax or deal with the challenges of the day, grab a bottle of wine. I tend to go to food rather than wine. My drug of choice is food.'

Nadia's celebration of body confidence comes after her sister Julia slammed the presenter for discussing her 'really volatile relationship' with her younger sibling on an edition of Loose Women.
Nadia alleged the siblings go through phases where they don't speak.
Julia responded on Twitter, accusing her sister of keeping their six-year feud going for publicity.
She tweeted: 'So tired of #nadiasawalha talking about our 'stormy' relationship which she created.
'I've kept my privacy for 6 years to protect my family, whilst she talks lies& rubbish.
'You have destroyed our family so don't sit on TV with your fake tears to gain sympathy & attention. [sic]'
