'No pain, no champagne': Frankie Bridge is glued to her phone as she heads to workout session in her gym gear

She is a busy mother-of-two and is currently writing her first book.

But Frankie Bridge managed to grab a moment to have a stroll around her local village in her gym gear on Tuesday.

The 30-year-old, who was in the girl band The Saturdays, also took in a bit of shopping, cutting a casual figure in her gym gear as she chatted on the phone.

They married at Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire in July 2014, nine months after welcoming their eldest child, Parker.

In the past, Frankie said having her two boys helped her deal with her depression.

Frankie previously admitted that her 2012 hospitalisation was a 'God-send' when battling depression as it allowed her time to 'check in' with her diagnosis.

The Saturdays singer, who was forced to take a hiatus from the band at the time, said that while she relishes using her voice to raise awareness now, she initially feared becoming the 'poster girl for depression'.

Explaining how she was 'born a worrier', Frankie said: 'I've always had anxiety and I think back when I was really suffering people didn’t know about anxiety and depression.

'I genuinely believe if that was me now maybe it wouldn’t have escalated into me hospitalised when I was.
