But it was her focus on health that helped turn things around. 'I felt like if I took charge and focused on my health and what I was putting into my body, that would reflect on the outside.'

Brittany and Jason allowed cameras into their Florida beach house to give fans an inside look their otherwise private family life.

The couple doted on their kids throughout the day, played in the pool and went for a walk.

Brittany took some time to get pampered and showed off her sleek and athletic figure in a unique long-sleeved, neon swimsuit by Agent Provocateur, a gorgeous, flowy kimono by Hermant and Nandita and a workout set by NO KA'OI.

Brittany credits the ease of the South Beach program for keeping her diet on track.

'The best thing about the South Beach Diet is taking it on the road with me, because I do live on a bus a lot of the time.

'Everything is easily accessible. It's easy to throw in your purse or pop in the microwave,' she says.

'I love the grab and go snacks and I keep a big container on the bus. I find they go missing a lot and it's either my husband or friends that pop on the bus and grab a bar here and there, a pack of the cheese balls or whatever else it may be. I feel like I'm constantly replenishing on the road!'
