Kim Kardashian gets a panicked phone call from Khloe after her security team tackles mom Kris Jenner in dramatic new KUWTK trailer

Season 17 of Keeping Up with The Kardashians premiered earlier this month.

And in the newest trailer for Sunday's episode, Kim gets a panicked phone call from her younger sister Khloe about their mom Kris.

Khloe said: 'Your whole security just f****g tackled mom,' adding that an ambulance was on its way.

In the background you can hear Kris moan in pain and say 'my neck.'

Kim was sitting in the car with pal Jonathan Cheban when she got a call on her cell phone from her younger sister Khloe.

After Kim says hello, Khloe immediately tells her 'Oh my God Kim you got to...' while in the background you hear Kris moaning 'Khloe.'

Kim nervously says 'What?' and Khloe explains: 'You gotta come, your whole security team just f*****g tackled mom and now she...'

A shocked Kim again says 'What?' in disbelief.

Jonathan again asks her what happened, to which Kim says 'Security just tackled my mom!'

Kim says: 'Wait, wait, what's going on?' clearly looking distressed.

'I'm rushing home now but what happened?' Kim asked.

Khloe explained: 'They were in the backyard and mom came down when she showed up. I told her to go around and they just tackled her.'

Kris was heard crying to which Khloe said 'Mom! I got to call you back.'

Kim said after she got off the phone: 'I have to look at the surveillance right now' to Jonathan.

'Oh. My. God,' Kim said with a shocked looking after watching the footage.
