Megan Fox reveals her son Noah 'doesn't care' about being made fun of for wearing dresses to school

She's perhaps best known as the cold-hearted (and cold-blooded) star of the cult classic Jennifer's Body.

But Megan Fox showed off her warm parenting style on Thursday while chatting about her young son's fashion sense on The Talk.

The 33-year-old actress revealed that Noah, six, is sometimes taunted by other boys at school for wearing dresses, though she added that he 'doesn't mind' their teasing.

While chatting on the daytime talk show, Megan opened up about young Noah's impeccable style.

'He designs, he draws outfits. He's very talented, but he's still six,' she said.

'He's really into fashion. He's the one, like sometimes, he'll dress himself and he likes to wear dresses, sometimes.

'And I send him to a really liberal, like hippy school,' she continued. 'But even there, here in California, he still has little boys going like, "Boys don't wear dresses," or "Boys don't wear pink."'

Despite the taunts from other boys, Megan has been teaching her son to follow his own course in life.

'We're going through that now, where I'm trying to teach him to be confident no matter what anyone else says.'

The Transformers star explained that Noah had stopped wearing dresses for a while, though he wore one again this week.

'He came home and I was like, "How was it? Did any of the friends at school have anything to say?" And he was like, "Well, all the boys laughed when I came in," but he's like, "I don't care, I love dresses too much."'

Megan's husband, Beverly Hills 90210 star Brian Austin Green, stood up for his  son in 2017 when his wife shared a photo of Noah wearing a dress from the Disney film Frozen.

'My son, he's four,' he said at the time. 'I've heard from some people that they don't agree with him wearing dresses. To them I say, I don't care. He's four and if he wants to wear it then he wears it.

'And it's dresses or goggles or slippers or whatever. It's his life, they're not my clothes,' he continued. 'I feel like at 4 at 5, that's a time when he should be having fun. He's not harming anyone wearing a dress. So if he wants to wear a dress, good on him.'

Megan has shared multiple photos of Noah to her Instagram, where he's usually pictured rocking a shaggy hairdo and sometimes wearing stereotypically feminine clothing.

A Halloween photo from last year showed Megan with Noah, who was dressed up as a zombie cheerleader.

While on The Talk, the co-hosts brought up Brian's recent appearance on Live With Kelly And Ryan, when the actor brought up Kelly Ripa's advice to stay away from Megan while they were filming Hope & Faith.

Brian played a version of himself when he appeared on the sitcom in 2004, during which he met Megan for the first time.

'It was Kelly and Ted McGinley, who, at the table read, was like, "She’s 17. So nobody touch her,"' he remembered. 'So I was like, "All right. Fair enough." I had no intention at that point of dating.'

Minor detail: Megan was also asked about Kelly Ripa telling Brian to stay away from her when they first met in 2004, though she clarified that she was actually 18 when they met, not 17; pictured in 2012

'I heard about that interview when he did it, because they also — Brian included — kept referring to the fact I was 17 when I met him and I wasn't!' Megan said on The Talk. 'I was already 18, nothing illegal was going on. But he was like 31 so I think, I was too young for him and I think that was the implication.'

Still, the Zeroville star was persistent.

'The guy who played my dad was like, "That's Megan, don't talk to her, she's too young for everyone," and Brian didn't,' she added. 'He tried to stay away from me but I chased him down.'

Though the couple have been dating since 2004, they had a tumultuous courtship. The two got engaged in 2006, but ended the engagement in 2009.

However, the two got engaged again the following year, and Megan would later claim there was never a break in the process.

Megan and Brian were married in June 2010 in Maui, Hawaii. They welcomed sons Noah and Bodhi in 2012 and 2014, respectively, but Megan filed for divorce in 2015.

The couple reunited once again in 2016, shortly before the birth of their youngest son Journey, and the divorce filing was retracted earlier this year.

Megan's relationship with Green preceded her biggest acting roles, including the romantic lead in the first two Transformers films and the eponymous role in the cult-classic Jennifer's Body.

She shared a photo on Thursday in celebration of the horror film's 10th anniversary.
