Pixie Lott goes make-up free and slips into a slinky body as she jets back home to London after her first ever gig in Los Angeles

She's been hard at work in Los Angeles as she aims to enhance her Stateside profile.

But Pixie Lott looked delighted to be back on British soil as she jetted home to London's Heathrow Airport on Thursday after performing her first ever gig in the USA earlier this week.

The pop star, 28, went make-up free as she excitedly wheeled her Lulu Guinness suitcases out of the terminal and was greeted by a group of fans.

The All About Tonight hitmaker slipped into a black body-style vest top, which she wore with stonewash jeans with bright blue waves embroidered down the leg.

Pixie - real name Victoria Louise Lott - was wearing an oversize denim jacket, but peeled it off as soon as she stepped out into the autumnal sunshine.

The singer wore a pair of white heeled pumps on her feet and accessorised with a string of pearls and multiple necklaces.

Wearing tortoiseshell-framed glasses, the musician completed her flight look by wearing her platinum locks in natural curls as she emerged with two large pink Lulu Guinness suitcases and carry-on luggage.

This week marked a career first for Pixie when she played her first-ever gig in the US at The Grove in West Hollywood.

Writing on her Instagram page after wrapping the performance, she told her fans she still feels 'like a new artist' in America, but was 'absolutely blown away' by the support she received.

She wrote: 'Wow! So happy to have finally played a show in! Although I've been doing this a while (my whole life lolz) I feel like a new artist here as none of my albums have released here yet and it’s exciting eeee.

'Absolutely blown away by how amazing my band were in just a few days - thank you so much.'

Pixie was no doubt looking forward to reuniting with her fiancé, male model Oliver Cheshire, 31.

The couple have been together since 2010 when they met at an event for their mutual modelling agency, Select.

Pixie and Oliver got engaged in November 2016 after the model proposed on the steps of St Paul's Cathedral after six years of dating.

The pair had initially been planning their nuptials for this year, but the singer revealed they had decided to push back the wedding to 2020 because they are both so busy with various work commitments.

Speaking in an interview with ITV's Lorraine in June, Pixie explained: 'Obviously I can't wait to get married, but we've been together such a long time and I don't want to rush it.

'I've been so busy doing new music and Ollie's got his clothing range so I don't want to wedge in it, we're taking our sweet time.'

Pixie previously revealed her elaborate plans for the big day, including enlisting the help of a staggering 18 bridesmaids.

The musician told chat show host Lorraine Kelly in July 2018: 'It is true it got out of hand. 12 bridesmaids, one maid of honour and five flower girls.

'I want them all to be in the same dress, because it looks so lovely, but I want them to by happy. I think we'll have a few more dress fittings so we can get together and have some celebrations.'
