Victoria Beckham plays taxi driver to husband David in midst of his six month driving ban... yet the football ace snubs his wife by wearing HEADPHONES during the drive

He has been banned from driving for six months after using his phone while behind-the-wheel.

And Victoria Beckham was on hand to help David get around, as she was spotted with him while driving down the M4 on Friday.

But the fashion mogul, 45, and football legend, 44, didn't seem to have anything to talk about, as David opted to wear his airpod headphones during their journey.

Victoria appeared to be nonplussed by her husband using the headphones as he stared out the window.

It comes as the Spice Girl worried that they might have nothing to say to each other without the company of their four children on their 20th wedding anniversary.

Speaking to The Telegraph, she said: 'I said to David, "God, what will we have to say to each other when it's just us?" But we talked and laughed the whole time, and not even about the kids or work.

The former Spice Girl also added that the couple share a good sense of humour and as such will be fine when they're children have all moved out.

'He's better at sending me up. But hey, what a relief - we'll be OK, even when they've left all left home,' she explained.

In May, David was banned from driving for six months and been ordered to pay a £750 fine after admitting using his phone while behind-the-wheel in November.

He was banned from the roads by District Judge Catherine Moore, who added six points to his licence which already had six points on it from two previous speeding offences.

Judge Moore told Beckham at the trial: 'I take into account it was slow moving traffic but that's no excuse.

'It still creates a risk to others. I disqualify you for six months and that starts immediately. That's no driving a car or a motorcycle for a period of six months.'

He was fined £750 and had to pay prosecution costs of £100. The hearing was a sentencing after he was caught on his mobile in a £100,000 Bentley in central London last November.
