The Democratic presidential candidate was clad in a grey suit with a blue tie for a polished look synonymous with the campaign trail.
He joined the stunning New York City native earlier this week at the Los Angeles debut of her environmental doc The Need to Grow.
The Kids star and the politician emerged as a couple this past March, and Booker said he and Dawson have kept their romance separate from his bid to defeat President Donald Trump in the 2020 election.
'She and I are not trying to put this through a political lens,' he told Good Day New York this past April. 'We're just two people in love trying to build a great relationship every single day.'

He continued: 'Because I'll tell you what - in my best case scenario, I get elected to president, I serve two terms. That's just 10 years … nine years of my life. What I'm trying to create with Rosario is something that'll last forever.'
Booker has been in a fiery war of words with ex-New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani this week, amid headlines of Giuliani's work as Trump's personal attorney in dealings with Ukraine, and the ongoing impeachment investigation in the matter.
Booker told CNN's Anderson Cooper that Giuliani - who has regularly appeared in animated segments on cable news to discuss the matter - 'has been despicable' in his conduct.
'I know Rudy Giuliani is from New York - very close to Broadway - he loves the theatrics,' Booker said. 'His behavior has been despicable, and the lies and half-truths and the deception that he's been doing at the direction of this president and beyond is unbecoming - and he should step before Congress and answer for it.'

Giuliani, responding in an appearance with Fox News' Laura Ingraham, said he wasn't intimidated at the prospect of being grilled by Booker in possible Senate hearings in the ongoing matter.
He mocked Booker's comparing himself to Spartacus during last year's Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Brett Kavanaugh (in releasing a confidential document linked to the judge).
'I have to go in the arena with Spartacus? Gee, I don't know if I can handle it - he's a really tough guy - he really scares me,' Giuliani said in jest. '"I am Spartacus, I am Spartacus" - what a clown; what a clown!'
Zombieland: Double Tap hits theaters October 18.
