Carrie Underwood stuns in black and gold mini dress as she receives CMT Artists Of The Year award with remote performance from Cleveland

Carrie Underwood accepted a CMT Artists of the Year award during her concert at Cleveland's Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Wednesday.

'You guys are the reason we get to do what we get to do,' the 36-year-old singer said in a remote broadcast portion of her show at the award ceremony. 'And at the end of the day it all comes down to you coming to our shows and listening to our music.'

The Little Toy Guns singer was unable to be at the CMT show at Schermerhorn Symphony Center in her native Nashville, as she's currently in the midst of her Cry Pretty Tour 360.

The Grammy-winning country songstress also performed her tracks Two Black Cadillacs & Blown Away in her segment.

The mom-of-two, to sons, Isaiah, four, and Jacob, eight months, with her husband Mike Fisher, 39, took to the stage in a black ensemble with long sleeves and a gold sequined skirt for her set. She had her long blonde locks down and wore a choker and dangling earrings.

Her tracklist included Flat on the Floor, Cry Pretty and End Up with You, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, and her opening acts were Runaway June and Maddie & Tae, with both bands later joining Underwood on stage for a musical tribute to the country genre's female icons.

The CMT Artists of the Year ceremony came on an emotional night, as honoree Kane Brown dedicated his honors to his late drummer Kenny Dixon, who died in a car accident this past Saturday.
