She made her modelling debut with Lipsy at the age of eight.

And despite Abbey Clancy's daughter Sophia's tender age, the youngster has insisted that she's 'always wanted' a career in fashion while her mum defended her choice to launch her into the modelling world so young.

Joining her famous mum on Lorraine on Thursday, the duo chatted about the campaign and Abbey, 33, who shares four children with her husband Peter Crouch, countered claims that her beloved daughter is too young for the industry.

Abbey and Sophia were putting on a sweet display as they sat on the couch to chat all things fashion and about the photoshoot they worked on together.

When asked about Sophia being too young for the shoot, Abbey stated: 'I know, just think there’s so much bad stuff in world, any excuse have fun with my daughter!...

'I’ve never pushed her into it., she wanted to do it! Having four kids, spreading my time is hard, so I appreciate spending time with my daughter.'

Abbey and husband Peter, 38, welcomed their fourth child Jack four months ago, and also share daughter, Liberty, four, and son Johnny, 20 months.

When Lorraine asked Sophia what she wanted to be when she's older, the adorable tot said: 'I want to be a model'.

Abbey added: 'I’ve had great career, I have never come across problem or been in uncomfortable situations. Life’s too short, you’ve got to do what you love. If she wants to be a vet, popstar, doctor, footballer…. I just want her to be happy.'

Away from the world of fashion is their home life, with Peter announcing the birth of their fourth child on social media: 'Our beautiful baby boy was born Monday 3rd June mother and baby Divock Samrat Crouch are doing well.'

Emulate Abbey in a chic satin midi by Bec & Bridge

She's renowned for being a fashionista and Abbey Clancy lived up to her reputation as she made a stylish appearance on Lorraine.

The mum-of-four stunned in a silky camel-coloured midi dress by Australian brand Bec & Bridge. We love the tan shade, luxe satin material and tie-neck. The elongated cuffs are a nice contrast too.

Abbey teamed it with croc knee-length boots for the perfect finishing touch. And it's certainly left us feeling inspired!

Abbey juggles a busy modelling and television career with motherhood and family life, with the star revealing she often struggles with working mum guilt.

She said: 'It is a juggling act, it is hard at times, that's probably where I don't do as well as I should. I'm still trying to figure out how to balance work and motherhood and not feel guilty about going back to work...

'I think it’s natural for mums to do that. There's days you don't think you're doing a good job because it's hard, you're tired, you have to go through it without thinking about it really.

'You've gotta do it and the key thing is to not beat yourself up or think you're not doing well.'
