Coronation Street's Gemma Winter will finally welcome her quadruplet babies next week, after she goes into labour during a romantic break with boyfriend Chesney Battersby.
As the pair embark on an outing to Llandudno before becoming parents, Gemma's waters break while she and Chesney are trapped in a cable car, and just minutes after he proposes to her.
Luckily Gemma's babies arrive safely are swiftly taken to hospital, but the new mum is shocked to learn that they will have to stay in Wales after she is discharged.

Following Sinead's tragic death, Chesney (played by Sam Aston) finally realises that life is too short and tells Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) he wants to have another go at their romance.
As he secretly plans a proposal, Gemma grows irritated by the press presence outside her house, especially after a newspaper article orchestrated by her mum Bernie paints Chesney as a love rat.
Desperate for a break Chesney takes Emma away to Wales for the day, and pair begin a romantic cable car ride.
But just as he pops the question, Gemma goes into labour, and Chesney is forced to pull the emergency brake.

Viewers will have to wait and see whether Gemma is forced to give birth 80ft in the air, or if the pair will make it to the hospital in the time.
Regardless the pair's four babies are delivered safely, and Gemma struggles to hide her emotions as she attempts to feed her children.
She is further disheartened to learn that her mum Bernie has made the quads their own Instagram account, especially after learning the babies will have to stay in the Welsh hospital after she is discharged.

Cathy manages to get Chesney and Gemma a room at a nearby hotel, as long as they're promoted using the so-called Cable Car Quads.
Fans have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Gemma's new babies, with many eagerly hoping it would lead her and Chesney to rekindle their romance.
It now remains to be seen how the couple will cope with four new babies, especially given the press interest surrounding them.
