Yolanda Hadid fired up her Instagram this weekend to share a throwback photo-shoot with her children Gigi, Bella and Anwar. 

The sumptuous photographs from 2004 showcased the Montecito farmhouse where Yolanda lived with the children during their early years.

Gigi, now 24, and Bella, now 23, were pictured on horseback in a nod to a hobby they have had since childhood and retain to this day.

'I grew up riding and my children are practically obsessed with horses,' Yolanda dished in the interview accompanying the shoot.

'When choosing this house I knew it was the place my children would grow up. We’re about dusty riding clothes and muddy boots, not dressing up,' she said.

'Formality and having things on a grand scale was our old life in Los Angeles. This home and keeping things in perspective is our new life here.'

The snapshots taken by Danica Perez also showcased the sumptuous interior of the home, which her ex-husband Mohamed Hadid's company renovated. 

She described some of her design preferences to Santa Barbara magazine, sharing: 'I love subtle imperfections in natural materials.' 

The ex-Real Housewife said: 'There are color variations in the marble backsplash above the stove and I chose different sized boards for the floor. They create an aged, lived-in look and it’s those things that make a house feel like a home.'

Yolanda shares all three of her children with first husband Mohamed Hadid, but they divorced four years before the shoot so he was not in it. 

A model who hails from Holland, Yolanda was married to Mohamed from 1994 until 2000 and has written on her Bravo blog that 'infidelity' caused their split.

She went on to become the fourth ex-wife of music mogul David Foster, who is now married to Katharine McPhee, a singer younger than his daughters Erin and Sara.
