Stan Lee's daughter J.C. Lee is suing one of her late father's ex-business managers for $25 million over his claims that she had been physically abusive to late Marvel icon.

J.C. Lee, 69, said in court docs that Bradley Herman made the remarks on the first edition of the podcast Stan Lee's World, which launched three days after Stan's November 12, 2018 death. (She also named podcast host Alan Duke in the suit.)

Herman said on the podcast that in one instance, she 'took her father by the neck and grabbed his neck and slammed his head back into the wood portion of [a nearby] chair,' J.C. told the court.

The New York City native denied in court docs all of the allegations Herman had made, and said she never laid a finger on her father.

J.C. Lee told the court that Herman knew the allegations he was making were not true, but did so out of bitterness over his 2018 termination from Lee's employ.

Herman had stolen money from the late comic book icon, J.C. Lee told the court, and had committed illegal acts of forgery using Stan Lee's name to get loans.

Herman previously raised elder abuse allegations against J.C. in an April 2018 piece from The Hollywood Reporter.

He said that the confrontation had occurred in the winter of 2014, when J.C. became incensed that Stan has leased a new Jaguar for her in his name, as opposed to buying it for her as a gift.

Herman said that J.C. called Stan and her later mother Joanie, who died in 2017, 'f***ing stupid' before shoving Joanie, and she fell.

Herman told THR that Stan told J.C., 'I've had it, you ungrateful b***h,' and told her, 'I'm going to stick you in a little apartment and take away all your credit cards!'

J.C. then assaulted Stan in the aforementioned confrontation, and Herman said he took pictures to document the bruise she left on the back of his head (He showed the pictures to THR, the outlet reported).

Stan and Joanie Lee had pleaded with him at the time not to forward the information to the authorities, looking to protect J.C. and the family, and he acquiesced to their wishes, Herman said.
