Boss a blazer like Melanie wearing Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham has turned up the spice factor, as she is soaring in her career. First the fashion line - which is still going strong - and now she has launched Victoria Beckham Beauty. We can't keep up.

The Spice Girls singer had a suave affair in LA to celebrate the launch and of course notable guests were invited to join her.

Melanie Griffith was one of them and at the age of 62, she turned up looking sophisticated as ever. She was wearing VB of course and emulated every essence of the designer herself, in an all black tailored outfit.

The actress wore a black single-breasted blazer, with black suit trousers and a lace top underneath.

Trouser suits are tapped to be the go-to for 2019's party dressing season - you can stick with the classic black, or try something a bit more adventurous like a different colour or texture. Satin and velvet would look festive and fabulous.

You can't put a price on a classic blazer, although this one does come with quite a hefty one. Click (right) to shop this exact piece from Victoria Beckham.

Though, she opted for a shiny shoe choice, wearing silver sparkling pointed toe stilettos.

Melanie's complexion looked flawless as her glam look was paired down with a simple lined eye look and a rosy lip.

While her signature blonde hair was down in a sleek straight style.
