Ali was dressed for the outing in a pair of black trainers with a white sole and made sure to wear a blue and silver helmet.

She tied her blonde locks back for the trip and donned a pair of designer sunglasses to keep the sun out of her eyes as she made her way around on two wheels.

Keeping her accessories to a minimum, Ali wore a pretty pendant necklace which she has been seen wearing several times since arriving in Australia.

Ali and Dec have been spotted enjoying family time with their 15-month old daughter Isla several times since filming for I'm A Celeb started.

On Tuesday Dec looked every inch the dishy dad as he pushed his little girl's pushchair while wearing long blue shorts and a smart shirt.

Ali looked lovely wearing a black mini dress which she teamed with designer sunglasses and a pair of brown leather mules.

Back in action: Ant McPartlin and Dec are back together presenting the hit show this year

Friday's bike ride comes after Thursday's episode of I'm A Celeb where Ant and Dec revealed that Jacqueline Jossa would be facing the next Bushtucker Trial at Ol' Dingo Town, called Snake Motel.

The EastEnders actress couldn't hide her fear in facing the challenge, especially as viewers learned that she would be heading to the Jailhouse after the Trial.

But it seems that Jacqueline won't be facing the toils of another Trial alone, as it was later revealed in Extra Camp that she'd chosen Myles Stephenson to join her.

Despite Andy Whyment and Cliff Parisi's arrival going down a storm with fans, their trip to the Jungle Jail has unknowingly caused tension in the camp.

It was announced by Kate Garraway that the camp had to choose whether to feed the 'jungle outlaws' with some of their stars or keep all eight meals for themselves.

Should they decide to share the food, two celebrities would be joining Cliff and Andy in the Jungle Jailhouse.

However Jacqueline Jossa quickly ruled herself out of the running and claimed that it sounded 'scary', which caused tensions to rise further in the camp.

I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! continues Friday at 9pm on ITV.
