The Center for Language and Cognition Groningen (CLCG) announces
the following positions:

One Ubbo Emmius Fellowship in Linguistics (various topics, see
below)
The Ubbo Emmius positions (all the PhD positions) are open only to
foreign applicants. Dutch citizens are not eligible due to tax
restrictions.
The positions may be filled in any of the following research groups:
The
Center for Language and Cognition Groningen (CLCG) is a research
institute within the
Faculty of
Arts of the
Rijksuniversiteit
Groningen. It embraces all the linguistic research in the
faculty. A considerable number of the researchers participate in the
Center for Behavioral and Cognitive
Neurosciences (BCN), and in the
Landelijke Onderzoekschool
Taalwetenschap (LOT). Within the CLCG there are six research
groups: Syntax/Semantics, Discourse and Communication, Language
Variation and Change, Computational Linguistics, Neurolinguistics, and
Language and Literacy Development over the Life Span. There are
graduate students working in all of these groups.
