Gisela Redeker, March 2002
On this page, I present photos from my visit to Jyväskylä, Finland, 9-16 March, 2002, and some photos from Jeanine Deen's visit in February 2001. The visits were part of the fruitful "Socrates" collaboration between the Communication Studies Programs at the University of Groningen and the University of Jyväskylä, involving the annual exchange of several students and two teacher/researchers. As you will see below, my visit was not only useful in terms of work, but also had lots of "fringe benefits" in terms of friendly contacts and lovely long walks in beautiful snow and sunshine.
