2010

August 18-20, Zita visited Amsterdam again
and discovered shopping.

Zita is ten!
Here are some pictures
of her two-day birthday party.

Bruintje died on May 31, and was laid
to rest in the same grave as Vlekkie.
In August, we coupled Toffie with Droppie.

On May 20, Zita completed her third
avondvierdaagse (with Anne).

Zita spent a week in Borkum with Orion
between 3 and 8 May.

Zita's pet gerbil Vlekkie died on February 1,
and was laid to rest by Zita on our balcony on the same day.
After a while, Bruintje found a new friend in Toffie.
They were coupled at Gerbilfokkerij Moonlight in Oudega
and returned home on February 27.

On January 24, Zita attended her grandmother's 80th birthday party in Vorden

Zita joined the Groninger Kinder & Jeugdkoor on January 5.

2009

Zita spent the Christmas days in Amsterdam.

This year, Zita's entry won her the third prize
in the HEMA Sinterklaas coloring contest.

Zita takes to the oboe

On August 6, at 9 AM, Zita turned 9.

From 11 to 18 July, Zita stayed
on the island of Borkum again.

Zita is now on Hyves

Zita added another swimming diploma on June 15.

Zita completed her second avondvierdaagse on May 28.

On April 9, 11, and 12 Zita visited the Joseph backstage
and met with Renee and Leo

Zita played Little Red Riding Hood in the school play on April 7.

Zita got her basic swimming diploma on January 26.

Zita is diagnosed with cashew allergy (January)

2008

Zita is now eight years old!

In May 2008, Zita completed her first avondvierdaagse
representing the Borgmanschool (along with Eline).

2007

Here is a picture of Zita on her 7th birthday.

It's now July 2007, and after a long pause we have started uploading pictures again.
The year 2005 is now completed, expect 2006 and 2007 the next days...

Zita has been taking piano lessons since the Spring of 2006.

Zita attended the New Year's Concert in the Amsterdam Concertgebouw.

2006

Zita celebrated New Year's Eve in Amsterdam.

On Christmas day, Zita saw the Nutcracker ballet in the Amsterdam Music Theater.

A couple of days earlier, she took her friends to the movies.

On July 31, Zita's parents sort of got married in Leek.

On July 1, at a festival celebrating the preservation of the Hortustuin,
cardboard fantasy animals fashioned by Borgman School children
were on display in the garden. Here's Zita's creation.

On May 20, Zita was present at a Ramselaar family reunion.

2005

From 31/8 to 7/9, Zita stayed in Cambridge, England. Mainly on the greens.

Later in August, Zita picked up her first set of prescription glasses.

Zita returned to Borkum the first week of August, 2005,
where she turned five.

Zita stayed on the North Sea island of Borkum from April 29 to May 6, 2005.
Here, she recovered from the chickenpox, which had made it impossible
to reach her planned holiday destination of Kos.

2004

Zita went to the cinema for the first time on Wednesday, October 6, 2004.
The movie was K3 en het magische medaillon and here is her impression of it (© Zita L. Zwart).

Zita now (August 2004) attends group 1/2 of the basisschool.

Zita celebrated her fourth birthday on Friday, August 6, 2004.

In June/July 2004 Zita made her first trip across the Atlantic,
visiting Bloomington, IN and Ann Arbor, MI.

2003

Zita is a regular visitor of the public library.
You can see her here as she appears with Hanneke on the official photo display
celebrating 100 years of public library in Groningen.

2000

Zita was born on August 6, 2000.
