in beamer, use of fig files (Xfig)

convert to pdf

do not use export function of Xfig

if there are no special LaTeX commands:

    fig2eps --bbox=gs file.fig
    epstopdf file.eps

if there are, then:

    fig2eps --bbox=gs --forcespecial --add=times file.fig
    epstopdf file.eps
