Your homepage

You default homepage is at www.let.rug.nl/username, for instance:

www.let.rug.nl/alfa

This website is isolated from your regular home directory and from other parts of the network such as /net

You can find instruction on how to set up your homepage at rug webhosting.

You can also contact webhosting.cit@rug.nl for technical support.

Urd2

There is a somewhat experimental server known as urd2 where you can also have a website. Your URL will look like urd2.let.rug.nl/~username, for instance:

urd2.let.rug.nl/~alfa

Here your website has read and write access to parts of /net and there is the posssibility for using non-standard services.
