About our research

Research on language acquisition at the University of Groningen focuses on semantic and pragmatic development and its relation to cognitive development. Topics of interest include anaphora, quantification, tense and aspect, polarity phenomena, definiteness and implicatures. The University of Groningen also hosts a large-scale project on dyslexia.
