The program 'mdsplot' is a Perl script for making plots of cluster
groups. The input is a difference table. The output is an MDS plot in
two dimensions with cluster groups marked by colours or symbols, and/or
individual points marked by number or label. You can select all groups
or a subset.

Usage, example:

    mdsplot mdsplot.cfg

See 'mdsplot.cfg' for details.

This program is fully functional, but requires Perl to run. You may need
to change the first line, depending on the location of Perl. In future,
this program will be rewritten in C.

For automatic alignment with geographic coordinates, you need procrustes.
