Conference app

We are using a mobile app for CLIN29, which contains all the practical information you need, and also allows you to create your own customized agenda.

To get the conference program on your smartphone, download the Conference4me app and search for "clin". You shall find the CLIN29 program there. No accounts or log-in required. You can also access the web version of the program here, but it comes with limited functionality compared to the app version.

Presenters

Presentations are 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions (20 minutes total). There will be a laptop available in each room, but you can also plug in your own laptop. If possible, try to test if everything works beforehand.

The displays available have different sizes, namely:

Each poster has a number, which you can check in the program. The posterboards are in portrait format. There will be supplies available to hang your poster.
